Oragami Inflatable Frog
The inflatable frog is a traditional Japanese origami model. It is a rather common model, but it's only one of many origami frogs out there. It is a rather advanced model, requiring squash and petal folds to make the base, and reverse folds to form the frog. It inflates, but is folded from a frog base rather than a waterbomb base.
Step 1: Fold a frog base
Step 2: Valley fold the bottom right and left edges to the center
Step 3: Repeat step 2 on the other three parts of the frog base
Step 4: Valley fold the top layer of the bottom two points up
Step 5: Crease and unfold
Step 6: Inside reverse fold the flaps up
Step 7: Valley fold the two bottom points remaining out to their respective sides
Step 8: Crease and unfold
Step 9: Inside reverse fold the flaps
Step 10: Now make reverse folds to form the arms and legs (use the picture below to know where to make your folds)
Step 11: Blow into the little hole between his rear legs to inflate your froggy
Your origami inflatable frog is now complete!
I love that you take it one step at a time and have very detailed instructions. Keep on blogging!
