Origami Swan
The swan is a traditional model that is elegant yet simple. It is not difficult, and any beginner should be able to fold it. It is best when made from white or light colored paper.
Step 1: Fold a kite base and have the white triangle facing the left
Step 2: Valley fold the top right edge to the center
Step 3: Valley fold the bottom right edge to the center
Step 4: Valley fold the far right point to the far left
Step 5: Now valley fold that same tip halfway back. This will become the beak.
Step 6: Now mountain fold the model in half
Step 7: Grip the tip of the beak and pull it up to whatever angle you want the neck and head at
Flatten when you reach the desired angle, and your swan is complete!
